Enable Reports and Dashboards to filter by Reporting Period

AON's Problem Statement:

Without a reporting period, auditors, regulators, board members, and other stakeholders wouldn’t know the validity of compliance reports and the risk posed to our information assets, making it difficult to take important decisions.

1. Graphs do not show the results by their reporting period.

2. The graphs that the application has as OOTB functionality aggregate all results (without considering the assessment and reporting period). After a year or two of performing assessments in MSI, these graphs will become skewed with only results, and it will be difficult to see the details based on their Reporting Period.

Thus, it is very essential to have the reporting period filters applied to
