We have a partner who is implementing Cyber-IT for BMC(customer), below is what they have asked to start with:-
"Requirement is to ensure once a threat is created in MetricStream platform then the information is pushed to BMC Remedy and then it sits in the Remedy queue waiting for the next workflow and action is created in Remedy and a person is assigned to work on the ticket. Once a reference number is created in remedy then that ref no is copied to MetricStream in the field ‘ITSM Ticket Ref’ and the status field is populated”
