Risk Assessment - Quantitative factors - Option to add multiple levels in a hierarchical factor
Customer wants to create a Hierarchical factor with 2 sub-levels where second level to identify the maximum value of a set of factors and 1st level is to identify the average.
Example,
Impact Hierarchical factor has 2 sub factors
Asset valuation
Business Impact
Impact is the average of Asset Valuation and Business Impact.
Business Impact Sub Factor has 4 more Sub-factors: Financial Impact, Reputational Impact, Legal Impact, Service Impact
Customer wants to first identify the Maximum of Business Impact Sub Factor and then calculate Impact as the average of Asset Value and Business Impact.
Hi Doug. Not sure why you got the impression that we are dropping it. We just wanted to gather more information so that we can make the right decision on prioritization.
Many customers do ask about this but give up when we tell them its not available and would be a significant customization effort. We should not dismiss ideas that have value based on not hearing many requests directly. A good product idea is a good product idea. We need to stay ahead of customers.
We have not come across this request from any other customers yet. Can we collate from CSS team for how many customers this is applicable and then we can take a judicious call.
