Hi Team,
Our customer 'Kroger' has requested that the "Applicability" checkbox be left empty by default and that the assessments' ratings be left blank. The user should be able to easily select the factors that are required to have ratings rather than having multiple subfactors populate with default ratings as is the case with the current functionality.
Currently Kroger has defined seven subfactors in the Inherent section. By default, all of the factors are selected, and the Risk Assessment form shows configurable default ratings for each factor. The assessor must check the corresponding box on the Risk Assessment form in order to remove a factor from the assessment computation.
Rather, the Risk assessment should show with a blank rating and blank check box(editable). In order to conduct the assessments, the user can choose the appropriate factors and add assessment ratings.
